Elwin is operated by Elwin Lovelace AG. This page explains how to request deletion of your Elwin account and the data associated with it.

How to request deletion

In the app: Open the Elwin app, go to “Profile” and tap “Delete account”. Your account will be removed immediately.

By email: If you don’t have access to the app, email us at hello@getelwin.ch with the subject “Account deletion request”. Please send from the email address associated with your account so we can identify you.

What gets deleted

The following data is removed completely when your account is deleted:

• Your Elwin account and login credentials
• All uploaded contracts and documents
• Your chat history with Elwin
• Your profile and all recommender / personalization data

Anonymized and aggregated data points that we have already used to improve our classification models cannot be traced back or restored, as they no longer contain any personal information.

Data residency and processing time

All user data and uploaded documents are stored on servers in Switzerland. No user-identifying data is transferred abroad. Deletion requests are processed promptly during the current beta phase.
